Predatory Lenders are a pivotal group of Swing Voters in the 2008 Presidential Election.
It has been a depressing year for Predatory Lenders, what with the recession they caused, the resulting collapse of all the investment banks, and the related destruction of the American middle class.
And it’s getting downright near impossible to find Low-Income, Elderly, and/or Illiterate People that are interested in a 5 year interest only sub-prime loan that balloons to a snazzy 25 year prime plus 28% with a 16% prepayment penalty.
Despite their difficulties this year, Predatory Lenders are great supporters to secure. First, they have excellent canvassing skills and established relationships with local members of the community.1
Second, they are excellent salesmen: if they are able to dupe people into these absurd loans, they can clearly sell even the most ludicrous of Presidential Candidates.
And most importantly, Predatory Lenders know how to track down Eligible Voters – Secretary of State voter registration records are nothing compared to quality Collections Company data.
